A five-star beachfront resort and casino, we plan Aruba’s most striking resort along Palm Beach’s crystal waters. As principal, we designed and financed the Caribbean’s most contemporary hotel, with a spirit of ‘barefoot elegance’ and regal ambiance, including Monte Carlo-style casino.
The 320-room resort will be capitalized at approximately US $200 million and will be operated by Hilton under its five-star Conrad brand, particularly well-suited to the dynamic Dutch West Indies market.
