Working with the Capo Group, a five-star hotel, casino and residences are being created on Bimini, the closest Bahamian island to the US. The existing Bimini Bay Resort & Marina features 350 homes, the Bahamas’ largest yacht marina at 240 slips, restaurants and fine retail shopping.

The current phase of development includes the five-star hotel operated by Hilton Hotels, a world-class casino, and mega yacht marina expansion. The master plan includes a Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course and classical home architecture on some of the world’s most spectacular beaches.
